Four Dressing Rooms, Double- and Triple-Bangers Destroyed
Firefighters Battling Blaze in East Los Angeles
A large trailer with four dressing rooms and multiple smaller trailers were destroyed by fire in East Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon, injuring three firefighters.
The fire broke out at around 12:30 p.m. in a parking lot on the 400 block of South Bernard Street. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded with 120 firefighters and 36 fire engines.
The fire was brought under control at around 2:30 p.m., but not before it had caused extensive damage to the trailers and their contents. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The injured firefighters were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
